Bozar suffers from trying to be two weapons at once in a game that doesn't accept that. Damage is too low for a DMR and the cyclic rate is too low for an automatic. It's not helped by the fact that basic 5.56 has no built in penetration modifiers unlike 5mm and literally any energy weapon (besides the rechargera) Low damage high fire rate weapons get utterly kneecapped in new Vegas without a high crit damage.

Ngl, even in casual I always felt it was way too spammable, at least from the user's end; I rarely find myself noticing that it is not charged. I honestly think it should have its faster recharge on long range removed, and maybe even have its base recharge made slower, too. Maybe as compensation, it could get minicrits (or hell, even full crits, but being able to 1shot medics would probably be too much.) after being airborne for 1second, like the wrap assassin. TL;DR: It's fun, but needs to be reigned in

I wouldn't honestly mind that if we were to make this gun have two modes of fire along a spectrum. The less fire damage that this gun has dealt, the wider the ring of fire will be while the firing circle in front of Heavy will be slower on top of the firing rate being slower among other various balancing aspects coupled with this new version of the Huo Long-Heater. The more damage that this gun deals though, the more this thing turns into a focused lazer of firery pain. So at first, this gun basically forces you to find a group of targets and start dealing fire damage, then slowly distance yourself from them and continously "Snipe" any enemy with a what can best be defined as a heat lazer being pointed at basically anyone within the Heavy's sightline. I wouldn't mind if weapons that deal extra damage on enemies like the Sun on a Stick and the Huo Long-Heater worked like the Axetinguisher. Actually, if all of them worked like that weapon, I could see a lot much more collaboration between Pyros and other classes, particularly Pyros who task delegate by lighting two enemies on fire, and leave one enemy to be handled by a teammate while another Pyro just goes on to handle the other.

If Valve were to ever hit the gym and finally start on that treadmill work, I would love to see the Dragon's Fury turn into its own sort of subprimary similar to how the Flare Gun has its variants, having a Dragons Fury esque weapon that worked in its own way while keeping the fundemental rules of burst damage would be really fun to toy around with

Honestly some of the only good things to come out of Marvel recently have been Loki and Moon Knight, and Moon Knight wasn't given the budget it deserved to be what it actually wanted to be, at least they had Oscar Isaac to carry that show.

Funny Crit Guillotine my former beloved 💔 I know theyre fast projectiles, but realistically lining them up back to back before the stun ended was more unreliable than people give credit for. Still, its probably more balanced without it, although a longer deploy time on the Guillotine might have gone some ways to making it fair-er (in addition to the huge sandman nerf)

1:15 - I'm 100% certain it's meant to be RAD-X or RAD-AWAY in bottles (it looks like either-one), considering Rad-Away bags are attached to The Ghoul's grave. In New Vegas, the ghoul NCR private in Camp Searchlight, says that more radiation outside his home, may turn him feral quicker. So it just seems to be based on Radiation dose. Same reason why we only see ONE non feral Ghoul, aka. Jason Bright. Every other one we seen is a Feral. Also dam, fish's hatred towards Korra grows daily, which I thought is rare in Avatar community, huh

1:14 Yes. Also I agree with that whole cannon to the games thing. In Fallout: A Post Nuclear Role Playing Game, ghouls were never shown to require drugs to not turn feral. They were shown to require water due to them needing you to repair their water pump, but nothing else. The concept of "feral ghouls" wasn't actually refined until Fallout 3.
